Towne Green – 2342 Oak Rd.
It’s the most wonderful time of the year—and Snellville is ready to shine! Join us for the 45th Annual Christmas Tree Lighting and the 12th Annual Lighted Christmas Parade, an evening filled with twinkling lights, holiday music, and plenty of family fun.
The celebration begins with the Lighted Christmas Parade that kicks off at 5:30 p.m. from Wisteria Plaza and making its way to the Towne Green. Thousands of spectators will line the streets to enjoy dazzling floats, glowing tractors, trucks, cars, and community groups—all decked out in their holiday best. Be sure to stay until the end to see the star of the show—Santa Claus himself! Santa and his cheerful elves will be waiting on the Towne Green to greet children and share a special plush surprise.
Once the parade wraps up, the festivities continue on the Towne Green, where families can enjoy holiday activities and treats:
🎄 Cookie Decorating – Sponsored by Bill Rhodes Bakery
🔥 Roasted S’mores
🔨 Build-It Activity – Sponsored by Home Depot
🎨 Ornament Decorating – Sponsored by Experience Snellville
A small fee applies for activities, but guests are encouraged to bring non-perishable food donations to exchange for tickets. Two cans of food can be traded in for one ticket at the Ticket Tent. The Southeast Gwinnett Co-op will receive all donations to benefit the “Give Hunger the Boot” campaign—helping local families in need this holiday season.
And don’t forget—visits with Santa are completely FREE!
